The Thrive Team

Dr. Kaitlin Parker

Dr. Kaitlin Parker graduated from Parker University in May of 2012 after completing her undergraduate degree in Biomechanics/Exercise Physiology. She is passionate teaching families in the Little Rock community how to get well, stay well, and thrive.

Dr. Kaitlin first began seeing a chiropractor in hopes of getting rid of her headaches. Through chiropractic care, not only did her headaches subside but she came discover the other amazing benefits of getting adjusted regularly. While she has always been amazed at the capabilities and adaptability of the human body, this further ignited her passion to help others reconnect with their own innate ability to express their optimal health potential.

While she cherishes treating each patient that walks into the office, she has a special passion for helping pregnant women and children benefit from chiropractic care. She was able to experience the amazing benefits of being adjusted throughout her pregnancy which allowed the birth of her son to be an empowering experience for their family and wants to help other women to have the opportunity for this as well. Her sons, Ryder and Case, have been adjusted since birth and have been blessed with excellent health. She knows that God created us to be healthy and each and every person should get the chance to discover his or her true health potential.

Anita Stafford

Certified Health Coach

Several years ago, Anita found herself at a weight level deemed obese by her physician and with her biometrics in the pre-diabetic and high cholesterol range.  After taking a hard look at the state of her body, health and fitness, she began a personal health journey that has taken her from couch-potato in 2015 to running a marathon in 2019 and 9 half marathons in between.

During the journey, she found a passion to help other people do the same thing she has done and enrolled in The Institute for Integrative Nutrition to achieve certification as a Health Coach.   Anita believes that we all have God-given assignments in life and she wants to help each and every person achieve their optimal holistic health (mind, body and soul), so that they can fulfill those assignments.

While her focus is health and nutrition, she believes that you cannot ignore the other parts of our life that nourish us as well, such as our spirituality, careers and relationships, just to name a few.  During her schooling, the idea of Thrive Wellness was born based on the scripture found in 3 John 1:2 that says “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers” NKJV.  The name of Thrive Wellness came from the quote by Maya Angelou that says “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive – and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor and some style.”   As a patient of Dr. Parker at Thrive Family Chiropractic herself, the joint venture to have her practice under the same roof became a natural fit.

When was the last time that you received the personal attention that you deserve and talked with someone about your health?  Contact Anita today to arrange a free, personal health consultation session.
